About The Role
In the Marketing Manager role you’ll help shape the future of our marketing function, testing and exploring new channels, messaging strategies and optimizing each along the way. You’ll play a really important role here at Muros as this is the first formal marketing position to come aboard. As such, you’ll have the ability to influence the future of our brand and how it’s viewed within the marketplace.

You’ll need to bring your experience across paid, owned and earned channels, a data driven mindset and more than a sprinkle of creativity. Your knowhow with respect to social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), digital (Ad-based, web, SEO/SEM), experiential, and PR will ensure your success—and ours.

We want problem solvers, organized planners and people who are passionate about great creative that drives results. You’re into a fast-paced environment, building things from scratch and aren’t afraid of the unknown. If you’re the type to get your hands dirty and brazenly take on new twists and turns, you could be a great fit for this role. Afterall, there is no playbook here … you’re gonna write it with support from our team.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience with national level campaigns and target audience expertise
  • Previous work experience in Marketing Strategy, B2B Marketing, Advertising Agency, or Brand Management
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing creative development and marketing programs that meet or exceed business objectives
  • Actively leverage creative best practices across channels and know how to measure success (no fluffy stuff here!)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaborator with strong track record of managing agencies, vendors and/or partners
  • Motivational and inspirational leader who can share a compelling vision, purpose, and direction that inspires others
  • A curiosity to learn about all parts of the business and find ways Marketing can support various teams and functions
  • You work well under pressure and can navigate ambiguity through process and logic
  • You’re a stickler for details and don’t let things slip through the cracks
  • You can maintain a balanced workload that’s always prioritized
  • You’re an out of the box thinker, eager to express and share new ideas
  • You can work autonomously but enjoy working in a team setting

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills … you listen and people listen to you
  • You have decision-making skills worth bragging about
  • Excellent problem solving skills and great examples to showcase it
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and sometimes crazy start-up environment. You’re in this for the long haul and want to be part of the movement
  • Proven ability to create and manage a 360 degree Marketing plan, from strategy to tactical execution

About The Role
This isn’t your run of the mill cold calling gig. This is about long-term thinking and strategies that nurture leads and build lasting relationships. We want nimble, solutions-oriented people that are able to jump into anything that promotes the company’s growth, allows us to scale our client base, and strategically develop new and existing revenue channels.

With Muros’ high-speed growth, we need someone who can support the company’s rapid expansion—literally across the world. No tiny territories here or limited industries to call on. Everyone needs art.

The Sr. Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing and reaching out to potential partners, leading sales calls and meetings, creating proposals, and identifying new business opportunities (just to name a few). You’ll play a really important role here at Muros as this is the first formal business development / sales position to come aboard.

There will rarely be any day or challenge that’s exactly the same. We’re a thriving but crazy start-up and everyone wears a lot of hats (even the ones that don’t look good in them). This role will be no exception.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 6-8 years of successful sales and business development experience
  • Knowledge of Hubspot (or similar CRM) with a proven ability to manage your sales cycles and streamline your day to day responsibilities
  • You can complete an RFP in your sleep, build stand-out proposals, and your sales pitches have earned rave reviews
  • You’ve managed potential and current clients with a track record for building rapport quickly, following through with stellar results
  • Possess extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task and prioritize a high-volume of tasks in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • You’re a stickler for details and don’t let things slip through the cracks
  • You can maintain a balanced workload that’s always prioritized
  • You’re a champion organizer of time with a high capacity to get sh*t done
  • You communicate effectively and can build and maintain relationships with ease
